Our very first week in Year 2 is over and hasn’t it gone quick! On Monday we were all really excited to see our new classroom and meet up with all our friends again. We explored our new classroom with a bit of choose. Then on Wednesday we wrote some news about our holidays and helped Mr. Ward think of some sentences for his holiday. Here are few sentences that some of us wrote;

I went to Cyprus. It was very hot and very fun.

I went to my party. My cousin was there it was great fun.

Then on Thursday we did some counting games using Mr. Wards giant counting ball! It was also our very first Golden Time. We decided that we wanted to do some choose activities including; clay, drawing, the computer, the role play area, the sand, skittles, twister……
